My understanding is that this phone will be released with Cingular who was also the first to bring us the RAZR from Motorola. The RAZR is now available through most other cell phone carriers, so don’t worry if you don’t have Cingular. The iPhone will be available on your network sooner or later.

The report has been interpreted to mean many different things, but in the end I hoped it would change the common misconception that the PS3 is difficult to get.
The alert for Elmo at eToys.com (AKA KBToys.com) was for a backorder. Unfortunately, this fooled our monitor into thinking it was in stock (which doesn’t happen often).
